What it does
In plain wordsOne paycheck may not cover the bills due before the next one. A month total hides that. PayGrid shows the whole month, and each paycheck with its own bills, side by side. It runs on your own computer and never links to your bank.
The month on one screen
Every bill and every payday in one calendar. Click a bill to mark it paid.
Bills that repeat
Monthly, twice a month, every two weeks, or just once.
Paychecks, entered once
Say how often you get paid and every payday shows up in the calendar.
Payday runway
Each paycheck is paired with the bills due before the next one. You see what is left, or what is short.
Dates that make sense
Weekends and bank holidays move the pay-by date earlier. A bill due on the 31st still fits a short month.
A pay order
Bills are ranked by a short set of written rules. Each one shows which rule put it there.
Six months ahead
A projected balance, labeled as projected, with the lowest point and the first day it goes under zero.
Month to month
Close a finished month and the next one opens with what was left. Type your real bank balance to fix any gap.
Honest about gaps
A bill nobody marked stays unknown. It is never shown as paid or late by guess.
Safe to undo
Undo the last action, export to CSV, and keep 20 rolling backups.
